Document Archives
Older documents can be entered into the database in quantity by
our staff. This option is a benefit when implementing a large number of
documents. We can design the templates, sub-folders, and database structure to
build upon your existing filing rules and simplify the retrieval process.
CD/DVD Burning
Saving groups of documents to CD's or DVD's for distribution is
easy to implement. Some agencies have found large savings inpaper and
distribution costs by sending out document packages and regular updates by CD.
Since files are in standard TIFF format they are recognized through standard
Windows Viewer, no special software required.
Webconnect
Many agencies and municipalities have been surprised at how easy
and inexpensive it is to publish documents to the Internet for public viewing.
Standard formats can be used and either scanned directly to the web or saved
from their electronic format. Indesing, searching and updating links is no
longer difficult, as the the Webconnect Software integrates directly to a
website.
